If you are struggling to think of ways to make Valentine’s Day special for your child, it’s easier than you think. Truly!
It doesn’t matter if your ideas are super unique or generic. What matters is personalizing whatever you do to match your child’s interests.
So if that means grabbing off-the-shelf Valentines because you know your kid will love the Disney character on them – go for it!
In my specific case, my child is really into Clifford the Big Red Dog. Apparently no one at Hallmark got the memo, so I’m not going to find premade Clifford valentines lining the shelves at Walmart.
So, it looks like I’m making her DIY Clifford valentines!

Sticking to Clifford’s theme song that “love makes little things grow,” I used water beads (they start little but grow BIG) and mini chocolate hearts (again, they’re tiny but have BIG chocolate flavor my kid loves).
